Hi, I'm Katrien and I work for the Belgian branch of Oro Estate. I guide people from A to Z in their search for a home in Spain, but above all in starting a new chapter full of calm, trust and happiness.

Two years ago I took that big step myself. Together with my little boy I moved to Spain to build a new life here. A choice that came from the heart. But I also know how daunting it all can be. You leave your familiar surroundings behind, start over, and along the way a lot of questions come your way.

How does everything work here? Which region suits me? What do I need to keep in mind? What does it all involve administratively?
