The story of Oro Estate

Buying a home in Spain should be a beautiful step. But in practice we see it go wrong too often: buyers working with a developer without a bank guarantee, reservation contracts that do not hold up legally, NIE applications that go off the rails, families waiting months for a reply from an agent who is only reachable in Spain, if they pick up at all.
