Nick Van Delft

My name is Nick van Delft.

Born and raised in Amsterdam. A true Jordaan boy, raised in a warm family where family always comes first. A value I still carry with me every day, both personally and professionally.

I am now the proud father of two wonderful children, have a great bonus son and a fantastic wife by my side. The values I grew up with I still carry with me every day. Genuine attention for people. Giving trust and receiving trust. Being there for each other when it's needed.

That is not a company philosophy I ever came up with.

It's simply who I am.

Real estate has been in my blood my whole life. I grew up among building projects, renovations and property transactions. Later I developed myself further within the real estate world, from investing and renting to buying and selling.

When I saw that the opportunities in the Netherlands were getting smaller and smaller, I started to dive into the Spanish property market. After a lot of research, conversations and my own explorations, I eventually ended up on the Costa Blanca and the Costa del Sol.

There I saw opportunities that immediately appealed to me. Not only as an entrepreneur or investor, but above all as someone who always looks at what he would do himself.

Because that is how I work.

When someone tells me what budget they have available, I always ask myself the same question:

“What would I do if this were my own money?”

Only when I fully stand behind it myself do I advise a property.

It's that simple.

And maybe that is the real reason Oro Estate exists.

I didn't just want to start a real estate agency.

I wanted to build a company that feels the way I grew up myself.

With warmth.

With trust.

With people who are there for each other.

With the feeling that you know someone is standing beside you.

A company where you are not seen as a client, but as a person.
