Mandy Heruer

I'm Mandy Heruer, a Costa del Sol real estate agent at Oro Estate. I live in the Netherlands and grew up partly in Marbella. I've felt a connection to this area since childhood. I bring that personal bond to my work: helping you find both the right property and a place where you feel at home.

Property also plays an important role in my family. I started my career as an entrepreneur in the expat property market, building a successful first business before selling it. I then moved into luxury real estate and took part in Million Dollar Listing. These experiences shaped my approach: I enjoy working with international clients and combining commercial insight with personal guidance.

Nick and I have known each other for around thirty years. We share the belief that good service starts with genuine attention, a welcoming approach and trust. Those shared values brought me to Oro Estate.

I divide my time between the Netherlands and Spain and am your point of contact for the Costa del Sol. I provide a personal connection between the two countries, from your first conversations in the Netherlands to support on the ground in Spain.
